Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, By entering this contest you are acknowledging an interest in the quality products and services provided by Bath Solutions, and understand that you may be contacted regarding your possible interest in our products and services in the future.
1. To enter, complete and return this Official Entry Form. All entries must be received by March 1st 2012. Limit one entry per household. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Bath Solutions is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged or late entries. You may also obtain an official entry form by writing to Bath Solutions, 45 Wilson Ave., Belleville, ON, K8P 1R7.
2. Bath Solutions will award the following prizes: Grand prize (1): The Grand prize winner will receive a $4000 value bathroom renovation certificate valid at all Canadian Bath Solutions Locations. Contest judges appointed by Bath Solutions from among all entries received will select the winner. Bath Solutions will conduct the contest, on March 2012 at the Quinte Home Show. Odds of winning are depended upon the number of entries received. No purchase or in home product demonstrations required to win. Winners will be notified by phone. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutes are allowed without Bath Solutions written permission. Bath Solutions reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this contest without notice at any time. Bath Solutions assumes no responsibility or liability for damages losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. Liabilities for any applicable taxes, including all federal, provincial and local taxes and/or fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the C.C.R.A. All expenses not specifically provided for by Bath Solutions in these Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must arrange for prize no later than two months following the award of the prize and use must occur within twelve months of confirmed prize notification.
3. Winners will be notified by telephone within 25 days of the drawing. Failure to achieve telephone contact of a winner after three attempts will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winners may be required to verify address of execute and affidavit of eligibility and release within 15 days of notification attempt of prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. This contest is open to residents of Canada, who are homeowners 18 years of age or older as of January 1st. 2011. Employees, officers and directors of Bath Solutions, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their immediate family (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in the contest. By participating in the contest, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Bath Solutions, their affiliates, co-branded partners subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the contest in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of the prize. This offer is void where prohibited, and is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws. This contest in conducted in English (which will be given its everyday, ordinary meaning.) Acceptance of a prize may require entering a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by provincial law.
